Welcome to the Expert Focus Podcast hosted by the vivacious Claire Dowdall. Claire's guest is a government-protesting ballerina, who had come back from the dead at the tender age of nineteen. Monique Lindner has traveled all across the world to see and experience all different types of culture. She describes her parents were born and lived behind the wall in East Germany and were not allowed to travel even outside of their hometowns let alone around the world, until the wall came down, and so her traveling frightened them. On a twelve hour flight from Cambodia to Germany, she broke down into tears because she realized she did not want to go back to Germany, her job, or her life there.
In this episode, Claire discusses what led Monique to the profession of team managing, leadership, and coaching. She discovered she had a unique talent/perspective on neurobehavioral skills and time management. It was a different approach for high performance. She fell into mindset mastery. Interestingly all of these things tie together.
