Pastor Ernie concludes the EFC Vision series by focusing our attention on the last two words of our vision statement, "Grow Young."  In order for the Church to continue and thrive, there needs to be an intentional decision to connect and empower the younger generations.  This may require sacrificing some of the traditions and established ways of engagement to connect with a changing culture, all while staying true to God's word and Christ's example.
