Despite me tripping over my words (sorry), I wanted to touch on what effective communication is. Recently I partook in a conversation that had most the people in it "lost in translation". Out of 9 of us, only 3 of us were able to follow because of the level of complexity. 

If its too complicated to explain, then you don't know it in the detail you think you do.
