<p>What qualities make a truly effective leader?  One who says all the right things, or who leads by example?  The effectiveness of the Apostle Paul's ministry during his short three weeks spent with the Thessalonians is incredible, and it was due to his integrity, gentleness, and personal demeanor while speaking the truth in love.  May we also rely on God's strength to lead others to Him in the same manner.</p>

Larry is a respected and gifted minister of the gospel holding two leadership positions within the Church of God. In 1996, he became the lead pastor of the COG-MJ. In 2012, he was also appointed as Administrative Bishop for the Church of God in Western Canada. He serves in both of these roles with great devotion and passion for leadership development and church growth.

Larry and his wife, Connie, have made their home in Moose Jaw since 1986. They have a son, Brandon, and a daughter, Maddison, who are living and working in Saskatoon and Edmonton.
