• When you internalize your partners truth and wish they lied to coddle you and your feelings
• Easy on that salt and pepper shaker bitch 
• Sometimes the truth is painful so be prepared if you seek answers 

  2.Learn to not only listen but to hear! Don’t listen to respond.

• When you become defensive and listen to rebuttal but not actually to learn what the real issues are
• This perpetuates a never ending cycle of resentment that may lead to passive aggressiveness and sometimes abuse

  3. I stand by what I said I just wish I communicated it more effective

• Never apologize for what you mean However you can apologize by the message delivery or tone
• If you apologize and its not sincere you are being an enabler to pacify your partners feelings and this complicates the situation
