A discussion with two front line leaders who have recently gone through a significant change in their respective workplace environments. Dr. Stump will discuss unplanned anticoagulation clinic changes as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and Dr. Chambers will discuss a planned construction move. The integration of a few different change management theories will be used to explain how these leaders effectively led change in their institutions.
