EFT Tapping It Is OK To Have A Bad Day

**The intro and outdo will say spiritual warrior podcast. Well I had a major download the other day and it lead to an amazing rebrand that is so much more aligned with me and my dream clients. And I mean I do have a "Fearless" tattoo on my right foot.**

Some days we just can not pull ourselves out of depression, sadness, or flat out blah mood. I have been there many times. Guess what? It is perfectly ok and normal to have bad or off days. We all have them, we are human! Take some time to work on personal self-improvement and tap this out as much as you need. This will help guide you through letting go of the limiting belief that everything has to be perfect and happy all the time. By the end of this tapping or may tapping on it a few times you will release the need to beat yourself up when you are having a bad or off day. 

Tapping Points

Karate Chop- meaty part of the side palm between top pinky knuckle and wrist

Crown - top center of head can be closer to the front

Third eye- start of each eyebrow and nose

Temples- side of the eye in the squishy part

Under eye- center of the eyebone right below your eyes

Upper lip- between nose and lip

Chin- between bottom lip and chin in the dip

Collar bone- 1” below collar bone

Under arm- bra strap or chest crease on side body

Wrist- tap inner wrists together
