EFT tapping, also known as Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a simple and effective self-help method that combines gentle tapping on specific acupressure points with focused affirmations.

In this short Tapping session we aim to release emotional blockages and limiting beliefs around investing into yourself and making decisions.

By tapping on these points, we can address negative emotions and fears, helping us feel more balanced and empowered.

You can do this tapping round as many times as you want.
