People, it's Friday, so that means we are turning our gaze to what's been happening in the world of MMA

As usual, we start off with our NFL predictions, it's week 4. Then it gets spicy, a LOT is going down over at Bellator right now. Rustam Khabilov is stepping up into their Welterweight pool and Brett Johns has decided to look for that Bantamweight crown. It's then time to address a couple of things from 'UFC 253'  Mainly, Hakeem Dowadu being admonished for swearing and Israel Adesanya for celebrating!
