Ryden's recently appointed Managing Partner Bill Duguid talks exclusively to Estates Gazette's Lisa Pilkington about the firm's three year strategy for growth, the general state of Scotland's property market and the hot topic of the moment - Scottish independence.

Last month, Ryden reported a 7% increase in turnover to £11.3m in the 12 months to 30 April 2013, with annual accounts also showing an 8% increase in profit.

The Scottish agent's balance sheet showed £2.9m in cash and no external debt at the year end.
