This week was much better than the previous weeks. Mentally feeling a little better still putting in the work daily in an attempt to have more good days than bad. In doing so a thought came back to mind; do I love myself or am I in love with myself because there is a difference. As we move towards relationships it's imperative that we are sure of those questions. In order to be truthful with yourself, it will take some Ego adjustments no matter the task are the darkness we gotta keep reaching for the light.
