Often, we move forward in our life positively, yet many times we get caught in some problems such as needless restlessness, anger, resentment in the relationship. We run away from the problems and do not solve it from the roots, but rather engage the mind in such things, in which there is momentary happiness. 
In reality, only we can find the solution to all our problems.
We need a true friend/teacher to open our mind layer by layer so that we could meet the holy almighty and to the truth. I have found that true friend in Nishchal and I am on my way of the truth.
