Judges 3:12-30

Ehud probably wasn't the kind of savior the Israelites expected God to send. Ehud was most likely a cripple. He didn't look like a great hero. But God used a cripple to deliver the crippling blow to Israel's evil overlord, King Eglon.

Jesus may not be the kind of Savior we had in mind either. But by crippling himself and becoming a servant and dying on the cross, Jesus our broken Savior won an eternal victory for us, his people.
