After a monthlong break, we are back to celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month (AAPIHM) as well as Mental Health Awareness Month!

Today's episode is a short reminder of how we all need to be better in celebrating this month for the AAPI community by being intentional about inclusion and not just tokenizing us. It's also quite fitting that Mental Health Awareness Month is during the month of May as well.
