Salesforce has announced two new autonomous AI sales agents: Einstein SDR Agent, which handles inbound leads, and Einstein Sales Coach Agent, which provides role-playing and feedback for sellers.

Built on the Agentforce platform, these agents aim to improve sales team efficiency by automating tasks and freeing up human sellers to focus on complex deals.

Accenture is already partnering with Salesforce to utilize these agents.

The agents leverage generative AI and RAG (retrieval augmented generation) to provide personalized and accurate responses, grounded in CRM data and external information.

Both agents are expected to be generally available in October.
