How do presidents manage their time and focus? Eisenhower was said to have run the country using a matrix of "urgent" and "important" tasks, later called the "Eisenhower Matrix." Popularized by Stephen Covey, it is sometimes called the "Four Quadrants" system. Whatever you call it, it's a great way to prioritize your time, energy, and focus.
