If we become nauseated with samsara, if it gets tiring to continually have some kind of difficulty, or if we don’t know what to do and who to trust, we may find ourselves looking at our lives through this particular lens of meditation, trying to see “What is this? Is there something I could do? Could I actually turn my life around or begin to have a deeper understanding of this?” Sit down and just watch what the mind does. Just observe. If you practice in this way, I can guarantee you this: either you will become enlightened……. or you’ll just settle down.
