EIV News at 9:00 is a Boston/New England Emmy and AP award winning newscast and produced by Emerson Independent Video, at Emerson College. The live half hour show, which is broadcast weekly, features local and national stories, entertainment, weather, and award-winning on the scene reporting. EIV News acts not only as a showcase for budding student talent but also stands out as one Emerson’s best learning environments. With dozens of unique positions to fill, students learn the ins-and-outs of what it takes to produce a professional quality newscast.
