Today I had the pleasure of talking with Evan Carmichael.

Evan Carmichael is an entrepreneur who started doing what he loves at the early age of 19. At 22, he was a VC helping companies  to raise $500,000 to $15 million. He soon found that he had a true passion for helping others, and used that drive to help others. Evan has a website called www.evancarmichael.com where he works hand in hand with entrepreneurs to help them accomplish their hopes and dreams. He stated that is goal is to help 1 billion entrepreneurs in his life. The only thing stronger than his friendly personality is his drive to help others meet the success that he achieved.

At 19, he built then sold a biotech software company. At 22, he was a venture capitalist helping to raise $500,000 to $15 million. He breathes and bleeds entrepreneurship. He's obsessed, aiming to help one billion entrepreneurs and change the world. He has set two world records, uses a stand-up desk, rides a Vespa, raises funds for Kiva, wears five-toe shoes and created Entrepreneur trading cards. He speaks globally, but Toronto (#EntCity) is home. He loves being married, his son, salsa dancing, DJing, League of Legends, and the Toronto Blue Jays.

This episode, Evan talk about what will happen to his business, discuss about that one mission he especially since he has a new show that just came out in iTunes, as well as share his advice of overcoming the feeling that the world is crushing you down; on how to get back up again and tackle those moments.
