This book is very interesting, you will like it. It's a small book, less than 100 pages. You can have it as a pocket book. Good to take it with you everywhere. Even if you have read it already, you always will find something interesting when you read again. It will teach you the connection of life, the universe and you. Is a guide for you to become a better humane been.

Great little book.
I love Conny Mendez books. They have help me a lot! I will recommend them for someone that has some issues with insecurity and being frighten with letting it go. I had a automobile accident and for many months I could get into a car and when I read Conny Mendez, Metaphysics book, it was like magic.
