Elaine Streno has been serving the needs of this area since 1993. She celebrated 25 years of service at the Second Harvest in November and is extremely proud of how it has grown over the years. Elaine oversees the Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee as the executive director. Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee has 8 different feeding programs that serves 1.1 million meals in an 18 county service area.
