Instead of people pleasing or thinking that the ego is a bad thing,
develop some self respect by putting yourself first.
The devaluation ends - from others and yourself.
You won't be wasting your time and money on people who don't deserve it.
You get more time to do the things you want to do.
You can work towards getting promotions and pay rises.
Becoming proactive.
Eating better.
Exercising more.
Listen to your own needs and those of others.
Treating yourself right.
Setting boundaries.
