Chicken Noodle Soup with Asian Inspiration:

Cook rice noodle per instructions on package. Then heat chicken broth with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, scallions. Cube leftover chicken. Sauté mushrooms in olive oil and butter, season with salt and pepper. Add rice noodles to bowl, top with chicken, mushrooms, scallions, and greenery of choice. Pour over broth, serve immediately.

Whiskey Sour with a Twist:

Combine all ingredients except the cherry juice in a shaker without ice. Shake. Add ice and maraschino cherry juice. Strain into a chilled glass. Top with orange bitters.
