This is the last in my Election 2015 series where I have focused on communication styles and challenges politicians have to engage with their electorate - AND what we can learn from them.

The election was last night. Like everyone else, I was anticipating a coaltion government ruling. However, at 10.01pm it became apparent that the exit poles were quite different to the opinion poles during the campaigns!

SO I have re-recorded my podcast. It is still about negotiating, but emphasising that if you DON'T include your core values within your minimum requirements, you could lose your supporters. This is what happened to the Lib Dems, to their cost.
