In this episode of The Suno India show, Padma Priya reached out to senior journalist Nitin Sethi whose series based on documents received by RTI activist  Commodore Lokesh Batra has exposed some more of the issues within the electoral bond system. The articles revealed that from RBI to the Election Commission of India- all had expressed concerns on the electoral bonds scheme. It also revealed that despite these reservations from these two institutions, the finance ministry lied in the parliament that there were no such concerns raised. The RTIs also revealed how SBI maintains an alphanumeric code which helps it keep track of the identity of the donors as well as to which party the donation went to.
