Electric Women

Happy Venus Day, gorgeous! Today we’re talking about relationships, reciprocity, creativity and stepping outside our comfort zones.

With the Moon in Libra and Venus and Mercury still retrograde, we’re being invited to look at what feels good, what feels balanced and where we might be ready to do things differently.

And yes, we’re talking about cookies again! 🍪

I’ve been thinking about how much energy we spend trying to follow the perfect recipe, especially when it comes to showing up on social media, sharing our ideas and worrying about what everyone else thinks.

But what if you stopped trying to make the perfect cookie and started baking the ones YOU actually love?

We’re exploring the magic of experimentation, the discomfort of being seen and the importance of having women in your corner who genuinely support you.

Today’s invitation? Get curious about where you’re ready to go off script, whether that’s in your relationships, your business or your everyday life.

And tell me, gorgeous, what’s your favourite cookie? 🍪💗

Happy Jupiter Day, gorgeous! Today we’re talking about expansion, possibility and giving yourself permission to want something bigger.

With Jupiter in Leo and Venus and Mercury still retrograde, there’s an interesting push and pull between wanting to move forward and needing time to figure out what actually feels right.

Maybe you’re feeling called towards something new, but you have absolutely no idea how you’re going to get there.

Here’s your reminder: You don’t need to know the HOW just yet.

We’re talking about surrounding yourself with women who support your growth, paying attention to what energizes you and recognizing where you’ve been holding yourself back.

And while the world might feel chaotic, you still have choices about how you care for yourself and where you put your energy.

Today’s invitation? Slow down, listen to your body and get curious about what you’re ready to grow into.

You might be surprised by what’s possible when you stop trying to figure everything out before you’ve even begun. 💗

Have a beautiful Thursday, gorgeous! ⚡️

Happy Mercury Day, gorgeous! Today we’re talking about setbacks, fresh perspectives and the freedom to choose differently.

With Mercury retrograde meeting the Sun in Scorpio, today’s cosmic invitation is all about reframing what hasn’t worked out and recognizing what might be possible now.

Maybe something you wanted didn’t happen. Maybe you’ve been working towards something that no longer feels right. Or maybe you’re realizing you want something completely different.

Here’s your reminder: You get to change your mind.

We’re exploring the electricity of fear and excitement, how our perspective shapes our next move and why a disappointing ending doesn’t have to be the end of the story.

Today’s invitation? Look at something that hasn’t gone to plan and ask yourself:

What’s my next electric choice?

You don’t need all the answers today, gorgeous. Just give yourself permission to see things differently.

Have a beautiful Wednesday, gorgeous! ⚡️

Happy Mars Day, gorgeous! Today we’re trading some of that scattered energy for a little more grounding, nourishment and getting things done.

With the Moon in Virgo, Mars in Leo and Venus and Mercury still retrograde, we’re being invited to look after ourselves, revisit what’s important and take action on the things that matter.

Maybe it’s getting your health back on track, organizing something you’ve been avoiding or finally letting go of a habit that isn’t doing you any favours.

And here’s your reminder: You’re not behind.

Some days you’re on fire. Other days, finding your rhythm takes a little longer. That’s life, gorgeous!

We’re talking about listening to your body’s signals, making small changes and recognizing that you don’t have to figure everything out at once.

Today’s invitation? Nourish yourself, choose something that matters to you and give it a little attention.

And send this episode to a girlfriend who could use the reminder. We’re building something pretty electric together! 💗

Happy Monday, gorgeous! Welcome to November!

With the Moon and Mars together in Leo, today’s energy is bringing some fire, confidence and a reminder that you deserve to take up space in your own life.

We’re talking about self-worth, visibility and what happens when the woman who’s always taking care of everyone else decides to give herself some attention.

And today, I’m getting personal about MONEY, honey! 💰

I’m sharing my own experiment with regular money dates, getting comfortable looking at the numbers and building confidence in an area I’ve avoided for far too long.

Because knowing your worth is one thing. Actually showing up for yourself is another.

Today’s invitation? Pick one area of your life where you’re ready to stop hiding and start taking ownership.

And remember, gorgeous, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. That’s the beauty of Electric Women. We bring our experiences, our questions and our brilliance together.

Let’s make some moves this Monday!

Happy Venus Day, gorgeous! Today we’re talking about relationships, self-worth, visibility and giving ourselves permission to do things differently.

With Venus retrograde in Libra, the Moon in Cancer and Mercury also retrograde, we’re being invited to revisit what matters, reconsider old decisions and pay attention to where we’ve been hiding parts of ourselves.

Are you showing up as the woman you actually want to be? Or are you still making choices based on what everyone else expects?

Here’s your reminder: You’re allowed to change your mind.

Revisit that old idea. Experiment with something new. Follow the little breadcrumbs of curiosity without needing to figure everything out today.

And with the Moon in Cancer, don’t forget to nourish yourself along the way.

Slow your roll, drink your coffee, take a few minutes for yourself and notice what comes up.

Curiosity and experimentation, gorgeous. That’s the name of the game! ⚡️

Have a beautiful weekend, gorgeous! See you Monday. ⚡️

Happy Jupiter Day, gorgeous! And today we’re talking about visibility, self-expression and whether all that effort you’re putting into being seen is actually paying off.

With Jupiter in Leo, Mercury retrograde and the Moon in Gemini, there’s plenty of mental activity, big ideas and questions about how we’re communicating and showing up in the world.

And that brings me to the Cookie Monster. 🍪

If you’re creating content, posting on social media and constantly feeding the algorithm, you might be wondering: What’s the ROI on all these cookies?

Because making cookies all day doesn’t necessarily mean we’re moving our businesses or our lives forward.

Today we’re getting curious about where our energy is going, whether it’s giving us what we actually want and how we can show up more intentionally.

Plus, a little real-life Mercury retrograde chaos, complete with multiple recording attempts! 😂

Your invitation? Notice where you’re spending your energy and ask yourself whether it’s worth the effort.

Have a sensational Thursday, gorgeous! ⚡️

Happy Mercury Day, gorgeous! And with Mercury retrograde, things are getting interesting!

Ever feel like your mind is running a hundred miles an hour, but you can’t quite find the words for what you’re thinking?

With Mercury retrograde in Scorpio and the Moon in Gemini, today’s energy is bringing up busy minds, uncomfortable truths and conversations that need a little more honesty.

We’re talking about reading between the lines, recognizing what’s been left unsaid and remembering to look after ourselves when everything feels a little overstimulating.

And yes, Mercury retrograde even managed to mess with my podcast uploads this week! 😂

Today’s invitation? Call your energy back home.

Take a break. Eat something. Get grounded. And before reacting, give yourself a moment to figure out what you’re really feeling.

Not every thought needs an immediate response, but some truths are worth paying attention to.

Happy Wednesday, gorgeous! ⚡️

Happy Mars Day, gorgeous! Today we’re talking about getting things moving and reclaiming the parts of yourself you’ve put on the back burner.

With Mars in Leo, the Moon in Taurus and Venus opposing Chiron, there’s an interesting mix of motivation, grounded energy and questions about how much of ourselves we’ve tucked away to keep everyone else happy.

Maybe it’s a creative passion you haven’t touched in years. A business idea you’ve been sitting on. Or something you used to LOVE doing before life got so busy.

What would happen if you made a little room for it again?

We’re also exploring how Venus and Mercury retrograde invite us to revisit old projects, rethink our relationship with money and experiment with doing things differently.

You don’t need to overhaul your entire life today. Start something. Revisit something. Try something just because it makes you feel alive.

And remember, gorgeous, you don’t have to keep fitting into a box you’ve outgrown. 💗

Have a beautiful Tuesday, gorgeous! ⚡️

Happy Venus Day, gorgeous! And this one is BIG.

Today marks the birth of a new Venus Star Point in Scorpio, opening a fresh cycle around desire, worth, power and what genuinely matters to you.

We’re exploring the fascinating Sabian symbol for this new beginning: a sightseeing bus filled with tourists.

And the question is deliciously simple: You’re on the bus, but who’s choosing the itinerary?

How much of what you’re pursuing is something you actually want? And how much comes from expectations, old identities or a fear of letting go?

With Venus moving away from her square to Pluto, Mercury preparing to retrograde and a void-of-course Moon, there’s plenty to contemplate.

But here’s the beautiful part. You don’t need to make a big decision today.

Let those desires simmer. Let the cookies bake. Get curious about what you’re discovering without rushing to do something about it.

Sometimes recognizing the truth is more than enough.
