Parliament’s Portfolio Committee on Mineral Resources and Energy is conducting nationwide public hearings on the Electricity Regulation Amendment Bill in the Western Cape Province which started in Citrusdal, proceeded to Worcester, then on to Hermanus and will end in Langa on Monday 13 November 2023.
