The CPSC and Elektron are recalling Elektron BP-1 Power Handles. This battery pack/handle may short circuit and overheat creating fire and burn hazards. About 660 of these power handles were sold in the US and 37 were sold in Canada. Immediately stop using these power handles, disconnect the power cable, and remove the batteries before contacting Elektron by phone at 1-888-312-2709 or via email at [email protected]. The company will provide a prepaid shipping label for product return and a full refund.
