Hi, my name is Fritz. Since my first silent meditation retreat at age 9, I’ve been studying ancient wisdom. I guide innovators to create their most meaningful work without breaking themselves.

Our Intent with these Meditations is to bring our practice into every moment of our lives, rather than isolating it to some time in the morning and evening. 

Together, we develop and deepen our Meditation and discover that Meditation has no beginning and no ending. We resolve inner and outer conflict and realise true freedom to create.
