It's very common to hear nowadays "I'm manifesting it!" or "I'm attracting this into my life." As someone who bought into those same practices many years ago and used to say those exact words, I thought it would be helpful to explain why I threw all manifesting and law of attraction practices out of the window.

How many time have you made a move that you thought was beneficial but it really ended up just causing more problems than you already had?

A lot of times we can make moves that seem like the best thing to do in the moment, when in reality we’re really just taking a step to the side which takes us off the path/purpose we’re meant to be on..

I call this a “lateral move” and you’ve probably made more than you think.

In the season i’m currently in, the question that keeps replaying in my head is “why is it so hard for us to step into things that we KNOW are meant for us and that we KNOW are from god?”

Many times when we get what we prayed for, we can start to question if it’s really the best thing for us, even if we know it’s from God.

In this episode, I talk about how to navigate such thought patterns and why change is so important EVEN if it ends up not going the way you planned.

It's officially fall which means that HOLIDAY SZN is upon us. Normally around this time of the year is where I throw the towel in and say “I'll wait till next year to get back on the grind...” but this year is different. 

My year has been so interesting to watch unfold. A lot of things turned out better than I expected and other things took a turn that I would have preferred went a different way. Nonetheless, I am extremely grateful and proud to say that I'm blessed to have things turn out the way they did, even if they were not exactly my ideal scenario. 

As I reflected on my year so far, I also took some time to think about how I wanted to move forward with the few remaining months of 2024 and how I could continually build momentum going into the new year instead of wading in the water till January 1st. 

Keeping every area of my life in mind, from movement, to faith, to healing, and even spending $$ more wisely, I made this episode in hopes to bring you some inspiration and motivation on how you could finish the year with strength and confidence. Staying focused during the holidays can be a challenge, I get it, but after listening to this, it won't feel as daunting and intimidating as your mind wants you to think that it is! Here's to becoming better each day and doing our BEST!!
