1. Understanding Stress:

• Stress shows up in both physical and emotional ways—racing thoughts, rapid heartbeat, muscle tension, irritability, and more.
• Many people carry stress unknowingly. Recognizing it is the first step toward managing it.

2. Simple Tools for Stress Relief:

• Breathing exercises are a powerful, accessible tool to calm the nervous system. Deb shares a guided breathwork practice at the end of the episode.
• Other stress relievers mentioned: music, dancing, singing, crying, and laughter.

3. The Importance of Self-Care:

• Self-care is not selfish—it's essential. Yet it’s often the first thing we neglect.
