In this eposide, I explain Who do you want to be and how some of the stuff around us has influenced us to think a certian way based off of the habbits we have.

The part I mention about going into the grociery store when I mention habbits, what I'm saying is they set certian triggers or Qs whatever you want to call them based off your habbits to influence you to add certian things to your basket. 

Who do you want to be in the next 1, 5, 10 or 20 yrs? When you sit down to answer this question it goes deep. Especially if you havent thought about it before.  Each of us know what we need to do daily in our lives to live better.

 Whether it's go for a run, put the cake down, turn the series off or don't start the series until...  It's real easy to make an excuse on why we didnt do this or do that. So what I'm asking of you to do is to sit down with a paper and a pen to answer this question. As humans we tend to take care of our kids, friends, family, pets better than we do ourselves. 

When in reality if we loved ourselves enough to be the person we want to be everyone benifets, I mean why wouldn't they want to be around someone who's enjoying where their at in life. You'll radiate that energy, whether it be over the phone or in person. 

Disclaimer* Answering this question with set your north star, you still have to change what ever habbits you currently have if they aren't going to get you closeer to who you want to be. Put in the work, write in a journal to show your progress and you'll get there.
