Elevated Thinking from Avion Consulting

Nazma and Donovan sit down with John Gates and Steve Williams.

A fun and inspiring conversation with an old friend and former direct report who is doing big things in outdoor hospitality and big things with a little newbie at home.

In this episode, Lauren Long from JM Family shares her career journey and how she thinks about developing talent and building resilient teams. She talks openly about using failure as a powerful tool for learning and growth, inspiring a fresh perspective on setbacks.

We're featuring another podcast where Nazma was a guest. Enjoy!

In this episode we speak with unscripted television producer Cristin Cricco-Powell about her path to her profession, leadership challenges in the chaotic world of unscripted TV, DEIB issues in the industry, being a working parent and civic-minded citizen, and how she manages to hold it all together with grace and humor.

Avion is very lucky to have recently added Andy Pascal to our ranks. Nazma, Donvovan, and Andy talk coaching, life stories, and why leadership development should be FUN!

In this episode, Lori Mihalich-Levin shares her ideas about how parents who work outside of the home can navigate and embrace challenges, and how organizations can create more inclusive, supportive environments for working parents.

In this, our inaugural episode, Avionite Nazma Rosado shares the story of how she became a coach. We discuss our little shadow friend Imposter Syndrome, and how it tends to show up just when we need to believe in ourselves most. Nasty little companion, isn't it?
