Massimo Austin is the Co-Founder and CEO of Allaway Events, a full-service event management company that creates vibrant experiences for community-driven brands and companies. Launched in 2023, Allaway has planned and hosted a variety of events from company retreats to production events for clients such as Forbes, Bombas, The Farmer's Dog, and Paul Mitchell.

After working in the camp industry for four years, Massimo and his co-founders saw the opportunity to start an events company that transforms the way people connect — immersed in fresh air, genuinely engaged, and cared for through every detail. 

As the Allaway team continues to expand, Massi is elevating himself through discipline to take him and the company to new heights.
