Eleven Live

This is an eight year energetically. The eight (8) is all about enACTing the power within. This happens moment to moment in real time as you are living your life. It is the meeting of your own distortions, which are the lies that are held in your energy system. It is the meeting of these distortions, facing them, saying what you need to say, doing what you need to do, in the moment that frees these distortions so that you can come more into the truth of you, more into the wholeness of you, healing yourself along the way as you have the courage to meet these lies that hold you. So I share about this in this podcast and I hope you’ll join me. There’s a lot in this podcast. I talk about my experience with my daughter and society’s ideas about being a “good” mom. And more about my experiences from my trip in Chelem, Mexico with my family. Also, I talk about my experience with my mom when she died and my revelations at that time. But if I were to give a theme, it would really be THIS: allowing the SELF to BE. Enjoy.

This is part two of entering the unknown which is the podcast before this. I just needed to wrap it up, so here it is.

This podcast I’m sharing about our current trip in Chelem, Mexico. It has been a series of new experiences, which is literally the unknown. My story cuts off rather abruptly because my daughter called me and I forgot to put my do not disturb on while I was doing my podcast so I’m actually gonna do a part two so if you’re feeling it go check that out.

The year 2023 carries with it the energy of 7. The essence of 7 exists to support you and every human being in trusting what you KNOW - what is TRUE. And, truth/knowing is not static so there comes a time (or times) when we are offered the opportunity to move from our current knowing into new knowing or awareness. This is what the year 2023 has afforded each of us. Moving into 2024, we get to experience the energy of 8. Eight’s essence is Abundance. Abundance is literally the full claiming of one’s life force. It is Mastery of Self. This is what’s fully possible in the coming year. Listen in for more juicy goodness.

This is an impromptu sharing by me about unprocessed trauma, which is grief. We tend to associate grief with someone that has died or a relationship that has ended, but the fact of the matter is is that it’s traumatic to be a human. Perfection and any other kind of behavior, that represses our expression and spirit, is trauma made manifest. And it’s necessary to process our trauma in order to birth the new that wants to be known.

Something that is established is something that is accepted as the norm. This in itself is not a bad thing. But what happens is that as conditioned humans, driven by fear, we tend to rigidly adhere to the established way when NEW voices start to speak. Deeply, this is an internal struggle that must be met within each of us. Me for me. And you for you. I hope you’ll listen. ♥️

Many years ago I declared that I wanted to live life differently. I didn’t know how but I knew how I had been experiencing life did not work for me. That began my journey of possibility and it CONTINUES.

Coming into my truest expression of me has meant realizing I have more to SAY. Realizing I can CHANGE my mind. Realizing perfection is DEATH and expressing who I AM is ALIVE.
