At 11 years old, Sameeksha Singh led a diversity conversation for her mom's tech company: F5. She feels compelled to speak up for kindness, pay equity, and underestimated people including members of the LGBTQ community. Though she's just finished elementary school, Sameeksha has already learned how to stand up against bullying and is quick to encourage others to do the same. Hearing from an 11-year-old who is this passionate about equity at work and in life can give us all hope for the future.
