Alexis is currently responsible for leading the recruiting strategy at multiple schools across the Nation. Her goal is to build partnerships within our Colleges and Universities while recruiting top talent at Lilly for Internship and Full-Time Opportunities. Where Alex is a Project HR Consultant for the US and outside the US special projects within their Manufacturing and Quality Organization. In her current role, she collaborates across multiple business functions and is involved in high-level business strategy for the year.
