Eli comes from Knoxville Tennessee however upon moving to New York to work for a tech company, he was sent out to Melbourne Australia for a 6 month work placement.

This is where he fell in love with the game and upon returning to NY, delivered an evening lecture to his colleagues called 'Cricket for American's. Luckily somebody filmed the whole lecture and uploaded it to youtube and it has amassed hundreds of thousands of views - today we hear this incredible story of accidental virality and success.
