Hue kicked off our new sermon series about the life of the Old Testament

prophet Elijah. Elijah had nothing outwardly notable and no prominent

pedigree or notable public history — his life was defined instead by

earnest prayer, steadfast faith, and consistent obedience to the Lord. Hue

reminded us that God often uses ordinary, faithful people — those who

simply trust and obey — to accomplish extraordinary things.
