Codependency is a real thing in the coaching/service space. It's actually extremely common inside the majority of coaching programs.

And the sad part, is that most coaches, leaders, facilitators and influencers don't even realize their creating this unhealthy relationship with clients due to how they are designing and delivering their programs.

It's not a topic to bypass and it's not something to take lightly.

Creating codependent habits and relationships with your clients is extremely debilitating, unhealthy and it's disempowering. It actually goes against EVERYTHING we thrive to do with our talents in this world.
