I was listening to my wife's podcast, Moms Unwine and I heard her guest Annie, who is a clinical psychologist say something that hit me like a ton of bricks. She said, "our children are our mirror." If our children are a reflection of us then we as men need to look in the mirror and do some harsh, honest, self evaluating.
