The Cecil Hotel has a very sordid past. Serial Killers, way too many suicides and a very unsettling story of a Canadian woman, Elisa Lam, who went missing while staying at the Cecil Hotel only to be found weeks later in the water cistern on top of the hotel. The conspiracy theories will not disappoint.
