She is listed as one of TimeOutNY's Best Trainers in NYC and has an extensive history in sports with a focus on competitive swimming. She transitioned into theatre & film with a passion for stunts and action sequences. With training from all angles her style is creative, functional and always tailored specifically to clients’ needs. She is heavily into the Ninja Warrior and Obstacle Course Race scene and placed in the top 15% in the OCR World Championships 2016. She believes with a foundation of full body strength and stability anyone can harness their inner superhero, unlocking new goals they didn’t know they had.
We discuss growing up in Toronto by a very conservative Christian home of a Pastor and Church Secretary and her transition into a Goth/Kid punk stage to her long-distance relationship turned marriage into divorce and now being one of the best personal trainers in NYC.
