Our guest today Skip Cronin spent his early years becoming a fitness and movement expert and now leads a fitness tech company called EliteForm. One thing about skip is that he isn’t afraid of a challenge - he’s been known to get into bench press competitions with NFL players and he isn’t afraid to speak his mind in a company meetings.
