Elizabeth blew me away because of how in tune she is with her inner self. She trusts her intuition 110%. Despite having an incredible self awareness of who she is she has struggled to find a partner and create intimacy and connection in her life. It made me realize that it’s one thing to know who you are and another thing entirely to bare that person to the world. Elizabeth is so inspiring because she lays it all out in this conversation. She shares a dark time in her life when she had a mental breakdown and she admits many of her fears that have influenced who she is today. She is vulnerable. She is honest. She is real.
