Looking Forward Our Way

Elizabeth Isele, CEO and Founder of GIEE

In 2017, Employment For Seniors celebrates 45 years in central Ohio, assisting mature job seekers.
Our annual fundraiser, The Legacy Awards Program, was held The Ohio State University's Fawcett Center. This is our opportunity to not only thank the community and all of our supporters but to let everyone in central Ohio know about the wonderful people who are seriously supporting mature job seekers and seniors in our community.
This year, the Julian Marcus Lifetime Achievement award winner is Elizabeth Isele, CEO and Founder of the Global Institute For Experienced Entrepreneurship (GIEE).
We are working in a multi-generational workforce and Elizabeth highlighted expands on that in her acceptance speech. Everyone is working with four, even five generations and we're doing it together. There are problems in multi-generational workforces. We have technology differences; conflicting attitudes among younger and older workers regarding career goals; and there are so many misassumptions between the generations. Elizabeth has keys and solutions for all of us.
The Successful Encore Career is a service of Employment For Seniors, and sponsored by Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging, and Nationwide Insurance.
