Elizabeth Markevitch was born in France to a lineage of musicians. Her father was a lead cellist for Leonard Bernstein when the family spent some years in the US. She migrated back to Geneva and embraced the art world for her career, holding leading posts at Sotheby's, Schroder's Art Advisory and Artemis Art Fund. She has been at the forefront of innovation in art, launching Eyestorm, the first successful online art company and mostly recently with iKonoTV, an art streaming platform.
