Elizabeth Moen is a Chicago-based musician who has just released her new album, Wherever You Aren't. We find her in her home tome of Iowa City visiting friends and family for Thanksgiving.

Marty Duda spoke to Elizabeth about the long journey making the new record that began Dublin, Ireland, then took her to Alabama and San Francisco. Elizabeth also shares the advantages of being a "hired gun" in a fertile music city like her current home, Chicago.
