Elizabeth Tashjian is associate professor of finance at the David Eccles School of Business. She is the director of the Garn Institute of Finance and a David Eccles Fellow. Dr. Tashjian is actively involved in promoting and addressing women's issues at the University of Utah. Here, she talks about the gender wage gap, its causes and how to combat it.
