These schools exist because their Founders believe that they can offer a better quality of education than what is currently available and serve specific groups of children better than they are currently being served. 

Ellen believes that this is something worth doing, therefore worth doing well. That is why Ellen is on a mission to make school improvement part of the culture of every school she works with; promoting excellence across every aspect of each provision; ensuring positive Ofsted inspection outcomes and compliance with the Independent School Standards so that these schools can remain open and serve as many children as they can.
